Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the room, rate or promotion selected at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be requested sufficiently in advance and are subject to the conditions stated during the booking process. In the event of cancellation outside the established period, early departure or guest no-show, charges may apply to the total or partial value of the reservation, and the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the rate booked.

Any cancellation or modification request must be communicated directly to Casa de Campo El Descanso via WhatsApp or email, and will be considered valid only after our confirmation.

Date changes are subject to availability and may result in rate differences.

We recommend reviewing the specific conditions of your reservation before confirming it.

Accessing and using the Casa de Campo El Descanso website, as well as making a reservation, implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The information, photographs, rates, promotions, availability and service features published are for informational purposes and may be modified or updated without prior notice. The applicable amount will be the one communicated to the guest at the time of confirming the reservation.

The guest is responsible for providing true and up-to-date information during the booking process and must report any change related to dates, number of guests or contracted services. Cancellations, modifications, no-shows and early departures are subject to the corresponding policies.

The guest agrees to make responsible use of the rooms, facilities and common areas. As this is a country house in a natural setting, we ask guests to respect other guests' rest, take care of the local flora and fauna, and follow the property's internal rules, schedules and safety provisions.

Minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or responsible adults throughout their stay.

Casa de Campo El Descanso shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, damage arising from improper use of the facilities, or situations caused by external events or force majeure beyond its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Data protection: the contact details provided are used solely to manage your reservation and communication with the guest, and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service or when required by law.

By completing a reservation, the guest declares having read and accepted the Booking Policy, the Cancellation Policy and these Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Ecuador.
